All artwork on this site is © Tikoya Smith unless otherwise stated. It is not to be redistributed, posted, altered, modified, maimed, murdered, defaced, or otherwise used without my express written permission. This means that:


- The artwork may not be used in whole or in part on any webpage, forum, chatroom, journal, or any other means of distribution without my permission.

- Under no circumstances is it to be printed and redistributed (ie, posters, t-shirts, mugs, etc.) unless permission is granted, and arrangements for fees are in place.

- Artwork and characters MAY NOT be used as character portraits, icons, user pics, avatars or anything else without permission.

- Coloring or altering an image does not make it yours. If you really want a custom character portrait (and know that I am very happy to do them), commission one, don't take the artwork from this site.


In the matter of works/trades I have done for or with someone else, the copyrights are held by that individual artist. If you wish to use the art for any reason, you must gain consent from both myself, and the original creator.

So, there you have it. Now, this doesn't mean that you can't save them to your HD for the sake of keeping your favorite pics for all eternity--I do it all the time. It does, however, mean that I want you guys to come to me first. If you want to be sued because you were too lazy to email or contact me, then that's just fine by me, but don't say I didn't warn you.

Oh, but I really do like the idea of tatoos. I suppose that for me, having one of my characters tatooed on your left center ass-cheek is really more of an honor than an offense. And besides, tatoos are fun ^-^
